A little holiday gift for my fellow Midrealm Embroidery Guild members (especially those who haven't paneled in counted thread yet) the extant piece is housed in the collection at the Patrimonio Nacional in Madrid. It was part of a 2014 Exhibition, the photos of which are no longer available online. This chart is based on an extant historical item from 13th C Spain. The original was stitched in silk, on linen measuring 25 inches x 19 inches (65x50cm) and is a pillow case.

The chart I have created is a miniature of the original and measures roughly 5" x 3" when completed and will make a lovely little pin cushion if stitched on 28 count as suggested.
